Was lucky enough to eat at the Fat Duck once. I was so excited at how much I was enjoying it I think I was metabolising the tasting menu at roughly the speed the dishes were coming out of the kitchen, so I could happily have sat there for a week or so while they invented new ways of injecting, spraying and wafting nice things in to my body.
